Set of Detached Garage Plans

All Sheds Unlimited Two, Three and Four Car Garages in NY come with a set of FREE GARAGE PLANS. The plans include a floor plan, views of all sides of the building and a set of engineered truss plans. Our plans are professionally designed but DO NOT include an engineers stamp.
If a stamp is needed for your local township or city, we work with qualified engineers to get the stamps needed. The extra cost for engineered plans varies by job complexity but typically runs between $800.00 and $1,500.00. To get an engineers stamp on the featured plans would likely cost around $3,000.00 to $4,000.00 due to the custom features of this job.

The shed is beautiful. It is a great addition to our property and it was a great price.

Bonnie Haring from Boyertown, PA

Our shed is exactly what we ordered and we are very pleased. We had many questions prior to ordering and all were satisfactorily answered. Shed was a tight squeeze into our yard, but all went smoothly and the shed is centered well on our level gravel pad. Everyone on the phone and at time of delivery were very professional. Thank you to All.

Eileen from Spotswood, NJ

The price was the main reason I picked Sheds Unlimited to begin, and was worried that the quality might be lacking. They brought the shed early, which really helped me out, and it looks great - very sturdy.

Lowell from West Chester, PA

I can honestly say my experience with Sheds Unlimited was a pleasant from our visit to the facility in Pa. to delivery.

Jim P from Whippany,NJ

Overall a wonderful experience. Best price, best service and even a great recommendation for someone to build the pad! We could not be happier! You will be my choice and recommendation to anyone for a shed in the future. It is hard to find a real family owned customer service business anymore like yours! Thank you so much!

You can publish this anywhee you want you deseve it!

We purchased a 10x16 classic shed with upgraded features such as pressure treated flooring, ridge venting 6ft door and an additional 3 ft side door.

The overall process from the website to the sales team was flawless. The website prepared us when it came time to select all the options. The sales team took us to the next level with their expert help with design, color selection and delivery. The delivery was on time and the 1 man operation was incredible. Daniel set up our shed in a very tight situation without any damage to the shed and surrounding property. Overall, it is a good product with good service and is the reason why I returned after 10 years. My only complaint has to do with the scheduling group. They placed 2 sheds on the truck with my shed delivered first but installed on the truck second. Daniel had to remove 1 shed to get to mine and then replace shed #1 back onto the truck. This did take up time which was unnecessary. I kept this at 5 stars since this did not impact my delivery but it did impact Daniel and his ability to remain on schedule for the next delivery.

Very satisfied with this shed. Ordered a 10'x18' workshop unit and am 100% happy with the product. Order process was easy and the phone rep was very helpful, and once delivered the delivery man was able to route the 10' wide shed through a narrow 11' space between house and fence, and place it dead center on the stone pad. Good luck finding a cheaper manufacturer for an equal quality product; I couldn't. Would recommend these guys to anyone.

Shopped around and this was the best deal out there. Shed was built to last. Had to wait for delivery but it was worth it!! Very pleased with customer service.

Just had my shed delivered right on time by Nate. It really looks great inside and out and I'm very happy with the end product! Thanks to Kyle and the sales team for all of their phone and email communications, advice and patience along the entire process. Will send you some pics in a few weeks once I have furnished! -Nick

Hello Delmar;

Several reasons for this message.
First of all I must say that the entire process of doing business with you and everyone in your company that I have dealt with has surpassed my satisfaction and expectations.
From our first meeting at your office to the many many many phone calls i made to you with questions and/or changes you were always willing to take the time to answer my questions and provide the information that i needed and explained why i could or could not or should or should not do certain things. You always took the time to make sure I understood why or why not.
My site prep and your busy schedule took us to a later date than anticipated but James King along with good weather made it all happen on December 18th.
I told James several times there was no way they could get the truck/trailer to the job site ---but--- 7 a.m. the truck and trailer and three man crew are all on the site which I still don't know how they accomplished.
Speaking of the crew and the construction, myself and the entire neighborhood were beyond impressed. Three young men that are obviously very well beyond their years in knowledge and professionalism. I can't say enough good things about them. To watch them work is a treat. It's like they can read each others minds. They each know what to do, when to do it, and rarely even need to speak to each other. They just work and work and waste no time. They were kind and courteous as well. I was impressed as you can tell, and many neighbors were as well. Please pass on my best wishes to Chris who suffered the fall. Here is an example of what kind of employee he is------as I am driving him to the hospital after his fall we are having a conversation about work and he says "I love my job and this kind of work".
As you can tell I am beyond satisfied but I do have one issue with the building. There is one substantial leak in the roof. It is in the area of the dormer and enters the building in a joint between two sheets of osb very near the dormer. It drips from the roof down to the concrete floor as it is above the open area of the attic floor. I will be doing finish work to the attic area soon and obviously the leak must be repaired prior to that however I do not expect anyone to repair a roof in bad weather but please keep this in mind and handle as soon as safely possible. I was aware of the leak prior to your cashing my final check but felt no need to stop pay and hold back any portion until leak is repaired as I certainly trust you will handle it as soon as safely possible.
Thanks again for everything !
