The One Car Two-Story Garage models comes with a full second floor and include a standard sized stairway. Add extra windows, a dormer or countless other options to the Legacy Car Garage and enjoy the extra space combined with the exclusive beauty of a TWO STORY BUILDING from Sheds Unlimited.

The two story car garages are assembled in our shed and garage building facility near Lancaster County, PA and brought to your location in two sections. The MODULAR TWO STORY BUILDINGS are then put together by crane within a few hours.

Our two story buildings come in the Workshop Two Story Garage and the MaxiBarn Two Story Garage designs. The Two Story Buildings include an engineered second floor designed with I-Joist to make the first floor area an open span. Order your building without garage doors and turn the garage into a modular house. By adding options such as shed dormers, insulated windows and other features, you building will be ready to turn into a two story building with garage and apartment space, or a lovely home.

We prefabricate our two story buildings in our garage manufacturing facility in Lancaster, PA. The walls, are assembled and most of the materials are cut to size so that time on your site is cut to a minimum.

Three Car Two Story Buildings

Legacy Garages also come in a 3 Car Garage Model. These two story buildings provide a full second floor above the garage and take your prefab car garage to an entirely new level. Without reservation, I recommend Shed's Unlimited for your next project! I'm almost 60 and I must say the work ethic, skill, and speed exceed what I have been used to. I thought there would be two workers to move and setup my 10 x 12 foot shed. However it was just one very efficient and capable man. He had to bring my shed through my neighbors backyard and set and place it on the 12 x 14 foot concrete pad. It took a lot less time to set up, align and hand me the keys to my shed.
