When I looked at the two story shed model, I immediately was impressed by the quality of the workmanship. So, I started the process of finalizing all the specifications, while also beginning the permitting process in DC. Long story short, Sheds Unlimited did a great job, but DC’s permitting process was nothing short of torture, even after hiring expediters, architects, and surveyors. After two years I finally gave up. During the process, I paid Sheds Unlimited a total of $2,541.50 for two sets of drawings. When I stopped the order, Sheds Unlimited said they would refund my drawing fees, which I thought was both very generous and unusual for the way business operates these days. I never received the check, and didn’t think any more about it. At least a year later, Sheds Unlimited contacted me and asked why I hadn’t deposited the check, and I told them I never received it. They just sent me a replacement check. I am blown away by their follow up and integrity. How many companies would do that today? Class act.
