What a great company! Designing the shed online was easy and fun. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Delivery and construction were seamless. The shed itself is good quality and well made, and perfect for our needs. Highly recommend them.
 

1 star is for really bad customer service and BAD policies.  I had my old shed demolished and a cement slab put in place over the weekend in order to have everything ready for my delivery date of 3/26. I received an email on Monday, 3/23 telling me that all production was shut down. I called them to see if they knew how long this shutdown was going to be in place and they didn’t know. I wanted my deposit money back based on the fact that they were no longer able to deliver and didn’t know when they could. I told them to call me and let me know when they could deliver my shed, but in the mean time I wanted my deposit back.  They INSISTED on keeping 5% of the deposit as a fee to get a refund.  What a joke. The excuses for the fee ranged from the fact that they have to pay transaction fees to credit card companies (which is a cost of doing business) and that I signed a contract. The fact that they don’t know when they can deliver made me want my money back ASAP, so why should a conract that I signed force me to let them keep 5% when they have know idea when they can deliver? I made them well aware that they would be losing a customer because of this but they didn’t care.  WOW! It was like I was talking to a bunch of robots that just had “THIS IS OUR POLICY” programmed. I understand that this policy maybe makes sense when a customer just changes their mind.  I was expecting the delivery this week and they couldn’t tell me when they couldn’t deliver.  I don’t think it’s that unusual to want a refund.  Why should they keep 5% when this is not my fualt and they can’t deliver?  No matter how much sense my argument made they wouldn’t hear it.  They are obviously desperate to keep other people’s money in their pockets in a time of uncertainty.

I recently purchased replacement shed doors from Shed’s Unlimted.  The staff was very helpful and the quality and finsih of the product was outstanding.  The kits included hardware, pre-drilled pilot holes, and even touch-up paint and a brush!  With products and service this good for a small purcahse, I will be back soon for the detached garage.  Well Done!

Oh boy, what a team you sent to construct our 24×24 garage!!! Zack, Mark, and Daniel worked so well together. They arrived at 6:30 AM and departed at 7:30 PM! I love the final product and will send pictures in a few months, when our rescued old house has been restored. I could not be more pleased with the garage we purchased and your super team constructed!!!

unlimited was fair and prompt My only comment would be if you are ordering a special unit , do it in writing so as to make every thing positively clear

Right from the first call everthing went GREAT with my shed. Planning the details, info on site prep, delivery and install. The shed is built so well I didn’t have to do anything additional. I wanted a ramp for the man door after delivery, no problem. They made the ramp for reasonable cost and told me when they would be in my area to pick it up. Very nice.

Ordering through catalog to delivery on site was exceptional!
The placement on the site was a fascinating thing to behold.

I purchased this shed in 2013 as a replacement for one lost during hurricane Sandy. This shed 10 x 12 and has a loft. After 6 years the shed still looks like new. Thanks Sheds Unlimited!

I had one worker come with my adorable shed and use the mule I told him he was like a surgeon placing the shed in my yard! Cannot wait to buy more sheds from you !!!! Very very Happy! I was going to build my shop myself, but after exhaustive research, including pricing everything out,including delivery, the difference in price was negligible, unlike other companies I had contacted. I drove up to their shop grounds, looked at the construction of many of the finished sheds and was sold on the quality. Then there would’ve been the hassle and time factors. They gave me a window as to when they would be able to deliver the building and met the window with time to spare. I purchased a 12′ x 24′ shed fully closed cell insulated with insulated windows and double wide insulated doors, built 6″ higher than standard. The outside was storybook cute, complete with architectural shingles, and the inside was totally sans interior walls and was ready for my own build out. I cover the walls with OSB plywood, painted white, and did the peaked ceiling with Luann, then put in electricity with outlets wherever needed.I built a loft and I trimmed the windows and doors with butt jointed treehouse carpentry.

OK, now it’s a bit more than two years later. I recently had one very minor hassle that Gideon at Sheds Unlimited remedied with no hassle for me. I do scroll saw art and I am in the shop for 6-8 hours a day. As I said, the shed is 12′ x 24′ and I cool the entire thing all summer with a 5000 BTU window A/C that I had around and it easily keeps it around 68 to 70 degrees. For most of the winter I run one of those 120V portable radiators, on low most of the time and except for the very coldest days it keeps it in the mid 60s, barely making a dent in my electric bill.

I know this was a long post/review, but it barely expresses how happy I am with my little shop. My only regret is I wish I had gotten it bigger.
