My husband and I shopped many places in our area for a shed-screenhouse combo, but no one built them. We were in Pa in November, and visited the shedsunlimited location in Gap. David was very helpful and gave us lots of information to look at. We got our combo last week and it was everything that we wanted. They have done an excellent job, it is great. Everyone that I spoke to during the process was very nice to deal with and the delivery person was great. We couldn't believe one person could move a 12x24 shed by himself. We would do business again with this company and would refer friends too.

I have to admit the customer service of Sheds Unlimited is great! The response time to any emails is faster than lightening, there is always a live person there to answer the phone and the guy they sent to deliver the shed was professional, patient and very polite.
My only "complaint" is that there seemed to be quite a few of the shed's studs that were very knotty, and some even looked a bit chewed up. The overall quality of the shed seems to be great but I do have a small issue with the studs that were used.
Overall, I would recommend Sheds Unlimited for their prices and customer service...which I already have to several people.

If there were more stars I would add them to the review. Can't say enough about the process from the first phone call to the exciting delivery day. No pressure sales, extremely patient and helpful throughout the entire process. I left no question unturned and they answered each one patiently and professionally. The quality of the shed so far out shined the local shed makers, there was no comparison. I researched them all...save yourself some time and go straight to Sheds Unlimited!!
I just want to let you know that you guys did a tremendous job on my shed my wife and I we love it.
Keep up the good work.
Several reasons for this message.
First of all I must say that the entire process of doing business with you and everyone in your company that I have dealt with has surpassed my satisfaction and expectations.
From our first meeting at your office to the many many many phone calls i made to you with questions and/or changes you were always willing to take the time to answer my questions and provide the information that i needed and explained why i could or could not or should or should not do certain things. You always took the time to make sure I understood why or why not.
My site prep and your busy schedule took us to a later date than anticipated but James King along with good weather made it all happen on December 18th.
I told James several times there was no way they could get the truck/trailer to the job site ---but--- 7 a.m. the truck and trailer and three man crew are all on the site which I still don't know how they accomplished.
Speaking of the crew and the construction, myself and the entire neighborhood were beyond impressed. Three young men that are obviously very well beyond their years in knowledge and professionalism. I can't say enough good things about them. To watch them work is a treat. It's like they can read each others minds. They each know what to do, when to do it, and rarely even need to speak to each other. They just work and work and waste no time. They were kind and courteous as well. I was impressed as you can tell, and many neighbors were as well. Please pass on my best wishes to Chris who suffered the fall. Here is an example of what kind of employee he is------as I am driving him to the hospital after his fall we are having a conversation about work and he says "I love my job and this kind of work".
As you can tell I am beyond satisfied but I do have one issue with the building. There is one substantial leak in the roof. It is in the area of the dormer and enters the building in a joint between two sheets of osb very near the dormer. It drips from the roof down to the concrete floor as it is above the open area of the attic floor. I will be doing finish work to the attic area soon and obviously the leak must be repaired prior to that however I do not expect anyone to repair a roof in bad weather but please keep this in mind and handle as soon as safely possible. I was aware of the leak prior to your cashing my final check but felt no need to stop pay and hold back any portion until leak is repaired as I certainly trust you will handle it as soon as safely possible.
Thanks again for everything !

Excellent job by everyone at Sheds Unlimited. From the design phase with Mark and Delmar to plans and scheduling with Kyle and John. Everything went exactly as planned and scheduled, which is a rarity these days. Any questions or concerns on my 24x36 oversized 3 car garage were answered within minutes not days or weeks. Craftsmanship is A+ and the crew of four workers were second to none working quickly and carefully to keep my already landscaped site prestine. Thank you guys again for a job well done!

Custom shed is the way to go..I thought I would take advantage of a shed that was built over winter..to take advantage of the savings..not a good thing. the ridge vent was missing along with the plate across the doorway... and from being stored in the field down back all the water run-off through that area the shed was twisted the side door still is not opening the way it should. the rear 4 x 4 was hanging when it was placed on the pad and others twisted. I reported the problems and the way they talked to me this was a normal thing.. and they were fighting with the township so they could get the storage problem taken care of down back. I will have a carpenter do the repairs and install the ridge vent.. You get what you pay for. PAY THE EXTRA..I still like the shed and will get all repairs done.

We researched many places and options before my husband and I took a ride out to Lancaster. We went to many places including Sheds Unlimited. Their product and choices are fantastic and very reasonable including the delivery fee. But, most important to me is Customer Service. I was very impressed with Mark, he made the process so easy and comfortable. That is why we went with Sheds Unlimited. Our shed came just when Nelson promised and the delivery and placement was perfect. Even in the rain, very professional. We love our shed. Thank you to all at Sheds Unlimited.

Without reservation, I recommend Shed's Unlimited for your next project! I'm almost 60 and I must say the work ethic, skill, and speed exceed what I have been used to. No time wasted, and no corners cut! I would use them again in a heartbeat! They arrive on time and had my 24' x 48', 4 car, finished in 12 hours, locked and cleaned up and off they went. The web site is thorough and no exaggerations.

We live on the Chesapeake Bay, less than 100 feet from the water. Due to our elevation our home, which was built in 1939, has never flooded. It is, however, included in a FEMA-designated flood zone. In order to add on to our home we would be forced to raise our home to current federal standards, a $40,000 expense that would provide no additional living area. Your two-story building allowed us to have the space we needed at half the cost of raising our existing space. We were blown away with the quality of the construction and the professionalism and expertise of the two technicians who delivered and quickly installed it. With increasing government regulations making it harder to build or remodel near the shore, Sheds Unlimited's quality-built structure hit a home run with THIS waterfront home-owner. I highly recommend them to everyone.
