This Legacy 2-Story Workshop 2-car Garage features engineered White Certainteed Encore Straightedge Vinyl siding, White trim, and a roof of architectural shingles in Dual Gray. The customer opted to upgrade to 8′ 9″ walls and 2×6 framing on the second floor. He also chose to make one garage door 9×7 and the other 16×8. Along with upgrading the materials used to construct the roof and flooring, the customer added a snow and ice shield. Other add-ons include 12″ overhangs, insulated windows, vented soffit, and ridge vents.
We constructed this Legacy 2-Story Workshop 2-Car Garage on-site, on a customer prepared concrete pad.
