This 14×28 Premier Workshop Single-Car Garage was custom built for the Philadelphia Country Club. We constructed this Premier Workshop Single-Car Garage on-site in Gladwyne, PA. Prior to construction, we arranged to have a floating concrete pad poured for the building. We also had a drain added to the concrete floor.
This garage features vinyl siding in Khaki, White metal trim, and a roof of architectural shingles in Dual Brown. The customer opted for the “Carriage House” garage door style, plus double doors with windows and an additional fiberglass entry door. A 10′ dormer with transom windows brings extra natural light into the garage.
After construction, the customer added connections for electricity and running water. As a final detail, we installed a 30″ window cupola with a copper roof and a horse weathervane. We think it adds the perfect finishing touch to this single-car garage!
