The Sheds Unlimited Warranty Agreement

Sheds Unlimited strives to offer quality buildings which our customers can count on for years to come. Quality construction combined with careful craftsmanship is our goal as we strive to satisfy every customer. Our commitment to satisfaction comes with a Sheds Unlimited five year limited warranty. We offer the following:

Sheds Unlimited will:

• Deliver your building free of structural defects
• Offer a five year limited warranty on all materials and parts
• The warranty will cover labor for the first three years

Painting on SmartPanel buildings is considered a part of routine maintenance and is only covered under the Sheds Unlimited warranty for the first year.
The Sheds Unlimited warranty is only applicable to the original owner and shall not be transferred or sold to any owners thereafter
Defects are defined as deficiencies or damage which renders the building unsound by a reasonable standard.

Necessary repairs will be carried out by Sheds Unlimited personnel according to arrangements made in a timely manner with the customer.
Sheds Unlimited is not responsible for any natural disasters, acts of God or damage induced by fire, fallen trees, wind, abuse, negligence or lack of proper maintenance.
Any warranty claims must be received within thirty days of discovering the problem and must include the original sales invoice. Failure to provide these in a timely manner may relieve Sheds Unlimited from responsibility to cover any or all damages.

Sheds Unlimited is not responsible for damage to the building caused by obstructions such as trees, shrubs, overhead wires, or other present conditions which are in the path of delivery.
