Can’t say enough good things about dealing with everyone at Sheds Unlimited in purchasing our new 2-car, 2-story, 24’x30′ Maxibarn Legacy garage. From the design, to the production and especially the construction, we couldn’t have been more pleased. Their crew of three came to install our garage four weeks earlier than planned. They arrived at 11:30 a.m, worked until after dark, started the next day at 7:00 a.m worked again until after dark, arrived again at 7:00 a.m the next morning and were finished, cleaned up and gone by 1:30 p.m. What was most beneficial for us, in addition to the lower cost, was that the building interval was kept to under 3 days, as opposed to having a contractor on site for months. Couldn’t be more pleased with our new garage with second floor storage!

I highly recommend Sheds Unlimited! Liz, Austin, JJ and delivery maestro Nate were great to work with and great at communication. It took a mere four weeks from the placement of my order to delivery of my shed. When local people were quoting me 60-90 days. My new shed looks great, the paint colors match my house perfectly. They were also very accommodating when it came to the special features I wanted. Thanks Sheds Unlimited!

My husband and I were in the design phase of a construction project at our home in MD. One item included a one car garage. Once we received bids for the job we realized we had to scale back on the project.

In May 2018 we visited Shed Unlimited and met Kyle. They had the model of the garage I liked on their website. Kyle was excellent. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and responsive to our emails and phone calls. During the 5 months Kyle listen to our concerns about our Maryland county code regulations for fire rated walls, fire rate plywood for overhang and roof plywood, increased size for headers over windows and side door, then the need for engineer roof trusses. Kyle was able to incorporate all these changes into their 14×24 Premier garage plans. We also added a loft for storage. With all these changes we were able to reduce our original architect designed garage costs by $20,000.

The 5 month process had nothing to due with Sheds Unlimited, but with our county permitting process. Meanwhile Kyle would touch base to assist in anyway he could. Once permits were obtained in October 2018 we then communicated with Gideon the project manager. He was also excellent and had patience. The garage delivery was delayed until Feb 27 2019 because other portions of our construction project needed to be complete before any work on extending the driveway into backyard could begin.

Once our construction contractor gave us the OK to order delivery of garage I call Gideon. Due to it being their slow season and good weather we were fortunate to have delivery within 1 week. Due to our lot size the garage needed to be assembled onsite. The Sheds Unlimited crew arrived at 7 AM. and left at 7 PM. The driver David, foremen Dani and Elmer were amazing. Shed Unlimited had designed a specialized tractor trailer, lift machine and metal tool cabinets to transport and build their products onsite. The three men were friendly and efficient. Within the first hour the first wall was in place.

Sheds Unlimited gave excellent customer service throughout the whole process. They build a quality product. My SU garage may have been 1.5 feet narrower than the architects plans but it had everything else. They understood our need to delay delivery with no additional cost. I can’t say enough positive about our experience with Sheds Unlimited and would highly recommend them to anyone. I am I love my new garage.

Excellent service from Sheds Unlimited – ordering was easy, the guys kept us informed throughout the process and delivery was a breeze (even in 8inches of snow). Great quality shed that will (hopefully) last for years ! – thanks chaps !

I couldn’t be any happier. The sales and construction staff were very professional and courteous. It was very easy dealing with them and ordering the shed. The shed came out perfect, exactly what I ordered, spot on. Their product is very well built. You can tell they are professional craftsman that take pride in their work. The delivery gentleman was also very professional and courteous. Everything went very smooth. My new she’d is awesome. I highly recommend sheds unlimited.

Great communication and response from the sales and design team. The installation crew was fast, neat and put the 2 car garage up in a 12 hr day!

We had a great experience at Sheds Unlimited. Every person we were in contact with was friendly and extremely helpful. I also appreciated how transparent and available their pricing was so that we could get a feel for what we were getting into as far as costs go. If you’re able to, I would recommend stopping by their yard to see all of the options. They helped us customize everything to fit our needs, and we’re very happy with our new shed.

Your three guys on the crew that install the garage were fantastic. They were very efficient and professional and never hesitated to answer any of my questions or concerns no matter how many times I went out to check progress – and I did a lot. Please thank them for their hard work and courtesy.

Not to mention your patience with the progress of my building permit. I know it was not the quickest turnaround but you were supportive and accommodating through the laborious permit process – I know I was very frustrated with the town codes and all the hoops they made me jump through. Ben Shue was also very helpful in setting the process in motion.
