#7012: 12x16 Workshop Standard Shed

Our local zoning board had a ton of requirements that resulted in us changing our shed order 3 times. Sheds Unlimited was very flexible and helpful. In the end we love our shed and are happy that we went to Shed's Unlimited to get it. We highly recommend.

Ordered my 12x14 Shed from Sheds Unlimited. Ordered a kit style due to a fence issue getting into my backyard. The kit came very nicely packed and no damage. I soon realized that the door style that I thought I order was not the style shipped. I contacted customer service and they offered to drive up the right doors the next day and exchange them. I was shocked that they were willing to do this with what seemed a misunderstanding during the ordering. Very polite and professional. I ended up keeping the doors shipped cause I liked the way they looked but was still impressed with the offer to resolve the issue. I also recieved a broken door locking latch bolt (small extra part) . Sheds unlimited shipped one up and I had it in 3 days. Great company. Thanks , love the SHED. My kit looks like your assembled sheds and I'm not a contractor. I do recommend that maybe a few more shingles are sent with the kits. I only had 1 left over shingle. If I hadent made all perfect cuts or had a few damaged I would have been short. Otherwise 5 star rating.

I wanted a special, small gem of a shed with custom features. I thought I would drive them crazy with questions and details. No, they were first class professionals - patient and accomodating. In the end, they were as proud of the quality shed as I was. All my neighbors love it too! Thanks to everyone....Ann

All I can say is WOW!!!!  Three car Garage, 36' x 28' with hip roof, 10' ceilings and a few other upgrades.  3 talented craftsmen arrived bright & early & completed my build that same day...  I was shocked....  A single day.....  If I could rate 6 stars I would.  Got my dream garage. I HIGHLY recommend them to all who want amazing quality. Trust me, you will NOT be disappointed!

I just received my large garage shed 12x40! It was excellent customer service from Austin and best price and the the best quality! Excellent delivery and installation! I highly recommend !

What a great shed. They didnt skimp out on quality as many companies do where they show you the good parts but not the cheap parts. Here the shed is constucted of 2 x 4s and its built solid. I had it delivered and built on site. They built it super fast, Id say there were done in less than 3 hours. So hilarious when they showed up with the longest truck I have ever seen, probably the length of 2 buses. Great shed, I built my own loft and shelves all around, also got bikes hanging from the rafters. Beautiful paint colors. Very happy with my purchase. They did forget to paint my door but they promptly sent me some paint so I can paint it myself. Thanks Sheds Unlimited. Solid deal!!

Unbelievable group of individuals that produce an extremely high quality product. My 10x14 ft shed was built to the highest standards. Nothing exists anywhere here in the finger lakes region that was even close. Pictures  depict the product very well. But delivery, confirmation on all levels with the build and follow up were  beyond excellent. This is hands down the best construction firm for garages and sheds that I have seen. Extremely honest. Their delivery equipment and tools are the best. New hydraulic heavy duty tilting trailer and the best of tools. They are extremely fast but never sacrifice quality for speed. Very enjoyable to do business with...would recommend to anyone. You get what you pay for.  They are the best... !!! Will use them again... and they are nearly 300 miles away.
