#5273: 8x12 MiniBarn (Low Wall) Standard Shed

The shed is absolutely beautiful. We ordered a 12 x 10 stock shed which was delivered on time and as advertised did not leave any marks in the lawn. The shed even came complete with a lock on the door. Nothing to do other than enjoy the shed. It is very roomy and well built and holds more than you think it would. We would recommend Sheds Unlimited to anyone!!!!

If it weren't for all of the delivery problems, this would have been a 5. When it finally arrived, Nate did a very professional job. He was efficient and courteous.

From the initial phone call, which was just to obtain information, to the final delivery and assembly, these folks were great! Knowledgeable and informative, and everybody is very friendly. But most importantly they provided me with a quality piece of workmanship (8x12 shed), well-built and beautiful. Thanks to Ben in sales, Gideon in construction and Mark in assembly. Great people. 

My shed build was a challenge as it was hard to pin down the City's zoning rules. Ben and his crew worked great with us to make sure we adhered to all zoning laws by making changes as we needed to. Ben was right on the money with the build out date and handed things over to Austin. Austin worked around my work schedule and the bad weather we were having in our area as well as theirs. Delivery was right on time and was proficient as could be. We have a thin but long backyard and the driver (I really wish I had his name so he could get the recognition he deserves) had no issue wedging our new shed in with ease. We did have a slight issue with the concrete anchors but the driver assured me it was not an issue and would be taken care of. Austin then had Sergey swing by the very next day on his way to another delivery and knocked them right out for us. I just can't say how pleased I was with the communication and build from the 1st. day of contact until today's finish. Thanks Sheds Unlimited Crew.

From beginning to end, the process was very pleasant. The employees are friendly and competent; they care about your vision for your property and will accommodate custom needs. The build team was very quick, skilled, and conscientious. I am extremely pleased with the final product and happy I chose to work with this company. It is a solid, beautiful building well worth the affordable price.

We looked a t a few websites but found ShedsUnlimited to fit our needs perfectly. We used e-mail and phone calls to get everything clarified. Our shed was delivered and set up on our foundation in 20 minutes!

Working with Sheds unlimited has been by far one of the best professional experiences I have ever had. At first we chose them for a garage to accommodate one a custom race boat we added to our fleet of yachts for charter and selected Sheds unlimited for there great price. Working with them prior to delivery was seamless and when our garage was delivered on April 12th the driver/installer arrived exactly when we where told he would. We actually videos the install as the driver transported our 26x12 foot garage through some tight spaces and did it with ease and total professionalism. I have already recommended Sheds Unlimited to a family friend and would to anyone considering a shed or garage for any application. You can use me as a reference anytime for any potential customers that may have concerns. The quality of the garage exceeded my expectations.

I work with a lot of contractors and companies in both my day job and side job and there is nothing worse than the ones that need to have their hands held through the process. Sheds Unlimited was definitely not one of those kinds of companies. I told them what i wanted once and that is exactly what showed up at my house. When i did have to speak to the reps (Mark L. and Austin) it was very easy as they knew exactly what they were doing. The greatest part of my experience is when i placed my order I asked Mark if there was any way this could be a priority order, and he told me he would make a note for manufacturing that i needed this ASAP, and when Austin the man in charge of shipping called he referred to this note, and my shed was delivered weeks early. The prices were also great for the amount that came with the shed. I found my shed was about 100-200 more then competitors basic models, but the competitors were just basic and primed. My shed came with 2 windows, 2 sets of doors, paint and shutters, so i was very happy to pay this amount.
